Based on a form of Kung Fu known as
Wing Chun our classes teach a simple, direct, and
highly effective form of self protection.
Wing chun is the only kung fu style to have been devised by a
woman, it follows the principles of yin and yang, softness
over force, technique over power.

History
No previous training is necessary. The class atmosphere is friendly and informal, ALL are welcome.
Wing Chun is especially designed for people to have a chance against a bigger stronger opponent, because it does not put strength against strength, but uses technique over force.
Lessons
Unlike many other martial arts Wing Chun requires neither great physical strength or agility, and can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or fitness.
