Here you will find a selection of photos taken from our classes and summer
camps we have held over the years.
Throughout the selection you will find different self defence photos, including
sparring, wooden dummy training, group sparring, dealing with two attackers and there are also group photos that were taken during our martial arts classes and on our annual summer training camps.
Students range from complete newcomers to martial-arts, to advanced.
